The service

AdManager is provided by Data Dive. It reads a business’s ad performance, compares it with that business’s sales and profit, and suggests or applies budget and pause changes. By using AdManager you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

Your ad accounts stay yours

Your business remains responsible for its ad accounts, its ad spend, and its compliance with each ad platform’s own policies. You should only connect accounts you are allowed to manage.

AdManager acts only within your limits

AdManager makes changes only when you approve them or within the limits and rules your business sets. Every change is logged and can be reverted. You can change those limits, or disconnect an ad account, at any time.

No guarantee of results

Suggestions are based on the data available to AdManager and may be wrong or incomplete. We do not guarantee any particular sales, profit or advertising result.

Availability

We aim to keep AdManager running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when an ad platform or other provider is down. We may change or improve features over time.

Ending the service

Either side can end the service by email with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if the other side seriously breaks these terms. When a business is removed, its access stops and its data is deleted 60 days later, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

Our total liability to your business under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for AdManager in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
